Rocky Gap

This was a cool bridge that went over top of the highway.  

It was very weird to watch the traffic whizz by below!

They worked really hard to get the truck drivers

to blow their airhorns.  They were usually

rewarded for their efforts!!

After setting up camp, the kids went on an off-road

adventure through the "Gap" which is

uncharted territory.  They came back

with scratches, bruises, sore muscles

and lots of fun stories to tell.

Everyone was STARVED after their hike!

The next day was spent at the lake.

We disturbed her nap.  ;)
